Services Agreement

The MedallionDirect Services Agreement is being finalized and will be published here before the service opens to the public.

The agreement will set out the scope of the Medallion Signature Guarantee service: identity-verification requirements, document-handling expectations, pricing, refund policy, dispute resolution, and the limited circumstances in which MedallionDirect may decline to provide a guarantee. Applicants accept the agreement at the point of submission.
